That could lead to a ton of clutter really fast, and be entirely detrimental to the knowledge accumulation. Also, don't they already have a site for that? *cough* MySpace *cough*
I also think this is a huge rule to observe:
9. Don't re-edit a page more than three times in a day- its just not fair
This can eliminate a good deal of hostile feelings and vandalization if people aren't fighting to get their exact version published.

I particularly like #'s 6 through 9. I agree that the purpose of Wikipedia should not be to vandalize another persons edits. I liked 7, it should be okay to be edited. Re-editing multiple times a day is too much. Letting other people edit and share information is good.
